Due to the custom manufacturing nature of B2B industrial sponges, vitrified rubbing stones, and pug mill auger fabrications, returns are evaluated strictly against confirmed CAD blueprints and purchase order specifications. Any transit damage or manufacturing deviation claim must be filed within 7 business days of delivery.
